Full Body Burn Circuit

This is a workout I did in my garage but it was more like doing it in a sauna since its 95 degrees and humid as hell here in FL!  The only equipment needed is dumbbells (DB).  Please listen to your body and modify as necessary. Enjoy!

FULL BODY BURN CIRCUIT

Repeat the following exercises back to back with minimal rest to complete one round. Complete 1-3 rounds with 2 minutes rest between rounds.

12 DB Bicep Curls

12 Jump Squat

12 Standing DB Triceps Extension

12 Jump Squat with Heel Tap

12 Standing DB Shoulder Press

12  Ice Skaters (12 each leg)

10 DB Front Raise-Lateral Raise Combo

10 Front Lunge-Back Lunge Combo (10 each leg)
